2022– 2023
Fifteen Thousand Square foot lab expansion City project out of the ground. Extensive underground chemical and mechanical piping, Footings Stem walls, 1 story addition to upgrade obsolete lab to new state of the art technology equipment.
Skanska USA, Tampa Florida Senior Superintendent
2020- 2022
Tampa Museum of Art: Renovation-Project incorporating a complex, phased schedule responding to the requirement of keeping the museum open to the public during construction. Work includes the creation of a new art storage facility, 4 new galleries, 4 new restroom’s, new hurricane rated façade (curtain wall), educational lobby, new classrooms, new lighting systems and upgraded HVAC systems. Next phase incorporates extension of the museum.
CNY GROUP–NewYork,NewYork Senior Superintendent
2016- 2020
Project planning and execution, for award winning, $55 Million project ‘Tammany Hall’ at 44 Union Square East in New York City. Advised on constructability and value engineering for landmarked exterior façade with support towers and a steel-whaler system while overseeing demolition of existing floors, excavation for new lower level cellar, caisson drilled to bedrock with pile caps and new concrete super structure with a variety of mechanical infrastructure, Elevators and a 10,000 ft2 geodesic freeform skylight.
JRM CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT–NewYork, NewYork Superintendent
2014- 2016
Established a track record of excellence in the management of various sized construction projects for a prominent New York based fit-out services company. The role involved direct oversight of daily operations at 25 Broadway, NYC while implementing strategic project schedules to maximize efficiency. Other responsibilities included safety submittals, RFI log and other key documentation. Served as liaison and primary point of contact for clients and ensured that details and finishes were completed to maximum customer satisfaction.
GOTHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY–NewYork, NewYork Superintendent
2008- 2014
Built a wealth of expertise and knowledge in a leadership role of large-scale residential construction project ‘Silver Towers’, NYC. This included direct oversight of the large scale mixed used project involving two 60-story luxury towers, retail and office space and a large underground parking garage.
